VigiControl provides an implementation which respects the customer's exploitation, giving him the possibility to divide his exploitation in different points of view:
- Hierarchic point of view
The hierarchic point of view shows a purely hierarchic organization.
The main organization is the reference organization: directorate, presidence, etc.
Each hierarchic organization is characterized by a diverse functions connected staff. - Activities point of views
The Activities point of view shows a display of different activities.
The activities always depend of a referent main organization.
The Activities pyramid con imply main, secondary, etc., activities, mixed with hierarchic organizations.

The Projects point of view is dedicated to directors and project managers and shows the information feedback given by projects managers. Some exploitations are more "project" structured, others have a "project" transversal vision.
Each project can be characterized by a connected staff. - Product point of view
The Product point of view is in principle dedicated to product managers but can be enlarged expanded to Technical Direction, RPD and also, after-sales service, etc. Its main objective is the given feedback informations concerning each range, product or service. - Work Environment point of view
The Work environment point of view is rather dedicated to work ergonomists. Its objective is to improve work environment. - Heamth-Wellness point of view
The Heamth-Wellness point of view is dedicated to health professionals who will be sole investigators. Its main objective is to anticipate the detection of pathologies to:- reduct long-term absenteeism,
- regain faster the efficiency; motivation and personal implication.
- Recieved training point of view
The Recieved training point of view is dedicated to managers responsible of training and the informations are brought by the trained persons. Its aim is the improvement of the trainings (contents, trainers, etc.). - Delivered training point of view
The Delivered training point of view is dedicated to training managers and the informations are brought by the trainers. Its objective is the improvement of the trainings (content, trained staff, etc.). - Suggestions point of view
The Suggestions point of view is dedicated to suggestions of the whole staff, for example, as some customers have asked, to be able to legitimate the decisions of bonuses to authors of the best suggestions or improvement propositions, which also permits to be able to organize a better acknowledgement of the staff. - Others points of view
Two points of view are proposed totally free of construction. No coherence control is required.
