Premium Assistance aims to insure the whole management of the VigiControl client, except help to decision and decision monitoring:
- creation, evolution and update of VigiControl,
- creation, evolution and update of each VigiControl structure,
- integration, creation, evolution and updates of the customer’s staffs,
- creation, evolution and update of the interviews subjects for each VigiControl, structure, subject and staff member,
- creation, evolution and updates of the interviews.
